Making fans quiet when machine is idle & Heater is < 40°C

But what if PCB Fan is 12v ?

Then its probably connected to +3.3V at Probe connector port 4. Then we should connect this fan to exp.heater6

Expansion 8 = Heater 3 = BLTouch signal
Expansion 13 = Heater 4 = Fan0 (Print cooling fan)
Expansion 18 = Heater 5 = Fan1 (Cold end fan)
Expansion 23 = Heater 6 = PCB Fan reservation
Expansion 31 = Heater 7 = Air heater Fans reservation
